Studio Pilates International is continuing its global expansion opening a seventh studio in the U.S. in Chanhassen, MN, on April 27. This is the company’s 100th worldwide.
Studio Pilates, established in 2002 by Jade Winter, a former Olympic swimmer, and his wife, Tanya, a physical therapist, identified a need in the group fitness sector. Leveraging their expertise, they developed a reformer Pilates workout that is inclusive of all ages and fitness levels, allowing for progression or regression.
Spanning five countries (Australia, New Zealand, China, the U.S., and the UK) with plans for Canada by mid-2024, Studio Pilates International reported that it has “99 studios open, including the upcoming Chanhassen, MN location, with an additional 55 in the pipeline.”
The company reported a “24 percent year-over-year revenue growth from 2022 to 2023, the brand hosted 1.5 million workouts worldwide in 2023.”
“We’re excited to announce the opening of our 100th location worldwide, marking a significant milestone in Studio Pilates’ journey, especially within the vibrant U.S. fitness and Pilates community,” said Jade Winter. “This moment holds immense significance for us, and we eagerly anticipate the expansion of more to come!”
