Stryk Group USA announced the addition of five new employees across all divisions. This announcement comes as Stryk Group USA sees continued growth in the business consulting space.
Samuel Ayres joins the Stryk Group USA team as brand management services. He will lead in developing and executing strategic marketing plans and activities which advance Stryk Group USA clients’ short and long-term goals. He is also responsible for heading up the launch and management of Stryk’s new Wild Society project, building working relationships with figures in the hunting community and providing an authentic voice in the outdoor space. Ayres comes to Stryk Group USA with over 15 years of experience in the advertising and marketing space.
Jim Drager has been named director of operations services for Stryk Group USA. In this newly created position, he will be responsible for developing strategies, tactics, training, and support services to help the Stryk Group USA clients identify, achieve and sustain a competitive advantage. He joins the team with nearly four decades of experience, executive and C-suite leadership skills and multiple awards and commendations. He has held executive leadership positions at Steiner Optics, United Tactical, Colt Manufacturing and Colt Defense, Century Arms, and others.
Jonathan “Jonny” Goodwin will join Stryk Group as its director of digital marketing services. In his new role, Goodwin will lead Stryk Group USA’s digital marketing efforts to maximize online revenue for the company’s clients. He will also be responsible for leading its global digital marketing strategy for both consumer-facing communications and corporate initiatives.
Joseph Timbo joins the company as national sales manager. He has nearly a decade of experience in sales and service, with a multi-cultural background in corporate and entrepreneurial settings. He was most recently sales operations manager for Aramark Corp. in Philadelphia, PA.
Sarah Zeno joins Stryk Group in the new position of director of business systems services supporting the continued growth of the company. She will provide on-site and remote assistance for all Stryk Group USA clients related to business processes and business systems best practices. She will provide the expertise to update current systems to increase efficiency, improve processes and provide new and more effective tools and software. She joins the team with 15 years’ experience in the firearms industry and with business systems.
