Stio has made a number of personnel moves, promoting Sarah Raff to VP of operations, Liz Barrett to senior director of brand marketing, Stirling Cobb to product marketing director, and Chris Ragusa to director of customer experience. John Brown also joins Stio as an associate creative director.
Raff will partner with the Senior Leadership Team to grow the company’s omni-channel sales.
“We’re thrilled to have Sarah take on this expanded operations role at Stio,” offered Noah Waterhouse, president and COO, Stio. “Her leadership of the inventory planning function and its cross-functional impacts have been instrumental to our growth, and we’re excited to integrate operations teams under her going forward. Her promotion reflects not only her personal achievements but also Stio’s commitment to developing talent and creating opportunities for growth within our organization.”
Liz Barrett, who joined Stio in 2015 as marketing manager and became brand director three years later, has been named senior director of brand marketing. In her expanded role, Barrett will reportedly “lead cross-functional efforts in strategic brand planning and customer-centric marketing plans across seasonal GTM initiatives and ensure creative direction, channel execution and related workflows to enhance the Stio brand and drive business growth,” the company said in a media release.
Stirling Cobb was promoted to product marketing director, reporting to Barrett. Since joining the company in 2019 as a brand manager before moving into a product marketing manager role, Cobb’s recent promotion “recognizes his contributions to the GTM process and leadership in bringing the product experience to life,” said Stio.
Chris Ragusa was also recently promoted to director of customer experience. In his three and half years at Stio, Ragusa has built a customer experience team, “maintained CSAT and NPS ratings for multiple years in succession and migrated the function into more efficient operations to support an exceptional customer experience with the brand,” reported Stio.
John Brown joins Stio as associate creative director, a new role for the company. Most recently, Brown was an associate creative digital director at GoPro. Prior, he worked as a designer and art director for 10 years at Burton Snowboards. In his new role, Brown will lead a team of designers, copywriters and creatives and develop concepts and strategies to drive the creative voice of the brand.
