Stio announced the appointment of Emily Culp to its Board of Directors as a board observer.

Culp, most recently, served as the CEO, Cover FX Skincare, Inc., and has led e-commerce, omnichannel and retail marketing for Keds, Rebecca Minkoff, Clinique, and Unilever. She is also a board member of Mizzen + Main and Izzy and an advisor to the Women in Retail Leadership Circle (WIRLC) and Commerce Next.

“As Stio continues to grow rapidly, we wanted to broaden the experience base on our board to match the size, scale and complexity of the business,” said Stephen Sullivan, founder and CEO. “We look to Emily to elevate our collective knowledge with her vision, experience and energy. We believe she will provide a great deal of value to the Stio business moving forward.”

Culp joins current Stio board members Stephen Sullivan, founder and CEO; Noah Waterhouse, president and COO; Allan Karp; Drew Skolnik; Mark Wan; and Richard Henry.

“I am honored and thrilled to join the Board of Directors of Stio. I have been a fan of the brand for years and truly appreciate how their products combine style, performance and innovation,” said Culp. “I also appreciate Stio’s transparency and work toward being a true steward of protecting the environment.”
