Stearns® Inc., a division of K2 Inc., has acquired Hodgman,® Inc., a company founded in 1838, that K2 says is the market leader in unique and innovative waders and wading accessories.
These products include the Guidelite®, Wadelite®, Lakestream®, Brighton®, and Caster series of breathable, neoprene, canvas and rubber waders, outerwear, wading boots, rubber knee boots, and accessories.
