The Sportsman's Guide has reached a variety of milestones with respect to listings in several periodicals and indices. Recently, the Company was named to the new Russell Microcap Index when Russell Investment Group reconstituted its family of U.S. indexes on June 24.

In late May, the Company was named to BusinessWeek's annual “Hot Growth” list of the nation's 100 best small companies, ranking 49th. To develop the list, BusinessWeek sifts through a database of 2,200 publicly traded companies with revenues of $50 million to $1.5 billion a year. The companies are then ranked by sales and earnings growth, as well as return on capital over three years. Contenders must have a market cap of $25 million or more and a stock that trades for at least $5 per share. Companies that under perform the NASDAQ composite are eliminated as are some with recent earnings disappointments. The top 100 companies make BusinessWeek's “Hot Growth” list.

In April, the Company ranked 76th on Internet Retailer's Top 400 as measured by Internet sales. In addition, the Company ranked number four in the “Sporting Goods” category when ranked by the same measure.

“We are pleased with the recognition and validation that each of these listings bring. Among other things, they reflect the dedication of our employees and management to build and sustain a growing, profitable business model and business,” commented Gregory R. Binkley, President and Chief Executive Officer.
