Sports Inc. and TeamWorks Inc., the team fundraising application, have partnered to help schools and leagues raise money. Sports, Inc. team dealers service tens of thousands of team sports accounts across the nation, and TeamWorks makes it easy for coaches, ADs and league directors to quickly set-up and run highly effective fundraisers.
“With shrinking budgets, our team sports customers face growing pressure to raise enough money to pay for required expenses each season,” said TeamWorks co-founder Jeff Jenkins. “With this fundraising partnership, we can help relieve that pressure. Sports Inc. dealers are known for providing the highest level of service to coaches and league directors. Together, we will put a solution in the hands of schools and leagues to help them raise money quickly.”
TeamWorks fundraising solutions include donation fundraisers, a-Thons and proven products fundraisers that ship nationally. In just 15 minutes, a TeamWorks or Sports Inc. rep can guide a team through the set-up process using pre-built fundraising templates. Using these customized sites along with powerful email and social media marketing tools, athletes and coaches can be meeting their fundraising goals in hours instead of weeks.
“We are proud of how our team dealers take care of their customers, from the largest all-school deals to the smallest orders,” said Sports Inc. CEO Todd Adams. “We are excited to give them a tool to be even more important to their customers. The TeamWorks software allows coaches to coach and athletes to focus on being the best they can be. There is no need for them to spend hours selling products or asking for donations. The TeamWorks app does the work for them.”
Sports Inc. dealers started launching fundraisers for their customers in October. The partnership will grow further in November when TeamWorks is a key exhibitor at Sports Inc.’s fall team dealer show in Las Vegas. Registration of dealers and exhibitors is at an all-time high for the three-day event at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center.
Sports Inc. members employ over 4,500 people from coast to coast, including close to 1,000 road sales reps.
