Located in Steamboat Springs Colorado, The Nordic Link is a cross-country ski program run by PSIA* certified ski enthusiasts, Katie Lingquist and Emily McWatters. Providing instruction for the novice to the advanced, the program offers specialized women's clinics, ski fitness classes, and personalized programs for groups. The Nordic Link also offers services in the planning, design and execution of cross-country events for ski areas. Directors, Lingquist and McWatters have both competed at local and international levels.
With a strong commitment to supporting athletics, SportHill is enthusiastic about sponsoring The Nordic Link. SportHill has distinguished itself by the creation and use of technologically advanced fabrics such as Swift, DriTech and 3SP that allow athletes to “lose the layers and keep the warmth.” These specialized fabrics allow for maximum comfort in rain, extreme heat and extreme cold.
