Soles4Souls Inc. hired three staff in the procurement department of Soles4Souls, Clothes4Souls, and Hope4Souls.

The new hires include Kymberly Petty, who will assist in acquiring apparel and developing new relationships with Clothes4Souls, and Brendan Purcell, who will head up the footwear procurement efforts with more than 17 years of footwear experience.  In addition, Earl Foxx, who has been with Soles4Souls' warehouse department, will assist Hope4Souls in acquiring additional product for natural disaster relief and response.

“We continue to be one of the fastest growing charities in the U.S.,” said Wayne Elsey, Founder and CEO. “As I outline in my book, Almost Isn't Good Enough, building the right team is essential to getting the job done and being effective.  These new team members will help us do that across the board.”

The Soles4Souls, Inc. team consists of 48 employees, which Elsey adds is a part of the overall strategic plan. “These additions are consistent with our plan to push our OUTREACH to the next level with footwear, clothing, and now other products that will make a greater impact for the hurting,” he said.
