Sole Technology Europe, the parent of Etnies, Emerica, Altamont and ThirtyTwo, hired John Zopfi as its European sales director. The 44-year old Dutchman spent the last 8 years working for Patagonia in various international management functions where he was responsible for managing the sales teams, distributors and agents.
At Sole Technology Europe John’s goal will be to direct and coordinate all EMEA sales activities ensuring efficient sales operations and excellent management of sales staff, as well as managing overall relationships with key European retailers and distributors with the goal to achieve and exceed set STE sales targets and KPI's.

Besides great leadership skills, and experience in sales and people management, John also brings additional expertise in key account management, forecasting processes and in building sustainable businesses.
