Footwear company SOLE has promoted several internal staff members. Jonathan Koops, who started with SOLE in August 2003, has been promoted from director of sales to the new VP of sales after successfully restructuring the sales department. Andrew Baerg, who began work with SOLE in 2002 and recently oversaw the transition of all SOLE’s business software to a web-based, open-source platform, was promoted to Chief Hacking Officer for the company.

 

After seven years of relying upon an internal sales team, last year SOLE hired a network of regional sales agencies to represent its product line of premier orthopedic footbeds, socks and sandals in North America. In the six months since adding and is now promoting two staff members.

The North American SOLE sales team consists of:
