Sole, manufacturer of custom footbeds, recovery footwear, and performance socks, has incorporated donating to Soles4Souls into its official 90-day satisfaction guarantee, product return policy.


“Our 90-day satisfaction guarantee gives our customers assurance that they can try our product for 90 days, and if the fit isn't perfect or they are dissatisfied for any reason, they can return it for a full refund or exchange,” explains Alyssa Morrell, Sole customer service manager. “Rather than have our customers send their gently used footwear or footbeds back to us, we have requested that they send the product directly to Soles4Souls for redistribution to those who need it most.”


Previously, Sole has donated footbeds to the international shoe charity on a one-off basis; but the incorporation of Soles4Souls into the official 90-day satisfaction guarantee is something new for both organizations.


“We are thankful to our friends at Sole,” said Wayne Elsey, founder and CEO of Soles4Souls. “Their donations will be used to bring hope to people around the world who can benefit from a pair of shoes in so many ways.”


On an annual basis, Sole's product return rate in the United States is 0.6%. “Returns can be attributed to a variety of reasons relating to imperfect fit for a particular foot, or customers’ foot problems being worse than originally anticipated, rendering them in need of fully custom orthotics,” states Morrell.
