Snow Peak , the outdoor lifestyle company, announced it has welcomed three new members to its leadership team. Filling the roles of chief financial officer, chief operating officer and senior retail manager, Snow Peak USA is poised to make 2019 a year of major growth.

Newly named chief financial officer, Ross Halbach is the longest standing member of the Snow Peak USA team, having worked with the warehouse, website, operations and financials since 2010. As CFO, Halbach will oversee administrative, financial and risk management operations.

Halbach noted, “It’s been amazing to watch the evolution of Snow Peak over the last 8-plus years. We have come a long way, and still, the best is yet to come.”

Matt Liddle has been named chief operating officer, leading Snow Peak’s retail, wholesale, e-commerce, digital, brand engagement and new ventures teams. Liddle has worked in the outdoor industry since 2001, with leadership experience across a number of sectors including youth, collegiate, International, and specialty outdoor retail. Most recently, he led the team responsible for experiential business and brand engagement efforts in REI’s East Coast market.

John Vincent Campbell has been named senior retail manager for Snow Peak USA, leading retail stores and related customer experiences. Snow Peak USA has retail locations in Portland OR and a Soho location in New York City. Campbell is the founder of Matuse Inc., where he served as CEO and Creative Director. He has more than 15 years of experience in innovation, operations, brand building and creative leadership.

Campbell said, “I’m honored and excited to help enhance the US presence of a 60-year-old heritage brand with beautiful products and thought-leading design.”
