After receiving feedback from more than 50 industry associates, SmartWool Corporation announced at the Outdoor Retailer winter market show in Salt Lake City, Utah, it had chosen Jenn Whitely as SmartWool Sales Rep of the Year.
“Jenn has been a true standout this year. She provides our sales and product development teams with strong relevant information on trends in the marketplace and product opportunities that helped drive strategic corporate decisions,” stated Mark Satkiewicz, SmartWool vice president of sales. “She has a great product eye, prides herself on being prepared and driving professional productive meetings and will do whatever it takes to provide the highest level of service for her customers.”
Jenn has been representing SmartWool for 10 years. She is an associate with Holton Sales Group, Ltd. and focuses primarily on Illinois and Iowa. The Holton Sales Group also covers Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Upper Michigan. In the last year, Jenns business has seen a 40 percent growth with some key accounts growing by as much as 100 percent.
Awarded annually at the Outdoor Retailer winter market show, the SmartWool Rep of the Year Award is an opportunity for SmartWool to say thanks to sales representatives who always produce high performance work and high performance results. Nominations are received from SmartWool employees as well as others on the companys sales force. The award is based on five criteria: growth, strategic planning and brand support, projection management and business excellence, communication and teamwork.
