SmartWool's inaugural Rep of the Year and Rep Agency of the Year Awards, were given to Matt Ronca from the Hawk Sales Group, and the Alpert Tebrich agency of California. The awards were given based on growth, strategic planning and brand support, projection management and business management, communication, and “whatever it takes mentally.”

His business is up, his relationships are strong and his dedication to the SmartWool brand is outstanding. One of the things I look for in a business partner is a strategic view, solutions to issues and the ability to identify opportunities. Matt does that and then some.”
Satkiewicz noted the strategic planning and insight that the Alpert Tebrich group used in achieving their excellent sales record. “This team exemplifies how to work with premium retailers, develop relationships and build the SmartWool brand. I have traveled the with all but one of this team
and could not have been more impressed with their professionalism, planning and diligence supporting our brand.”
