Skyou has acquired OTC & Apparel along with its sports apparel brand, Shark Sportswear. Both companies are based in San Diego, CA.
Skyou is a manufacturer that specializes in small-batch cut-and-sew production with all-over printing capabilities on any of its products. Skyou’s 3D design tool allows users to download mockups with pixel-to-inch accuracy.
Founded in 2014, OTC & Apparel specializes in the design and manufacturing of exhibit and display products, apparel and bags. This acquisition gives Skyou ownership of two international factory locations, its existing facility in China and a factory in Mexico that had been owned by OTC & Apparel.
Skyou will offer custom sourcing to all existing OTC & Apparel customers. The businesses will combine their product catalogs and offer production at either factory.
