Skechers, Inc. has filed suit against Aetrex Worldwide for alleged patent and trade dress infringement. Skechers claims that Aetrex is selling footwear that infringes on its Biker-Sightsee Series, which holds U.S. Patent No. Des. 532,962. In court documents, Skechers requested damages for the allegedly infringing sales as well as an injunction against Aetrex to stop selling the product in the future.
