Silstar Corporation of America, parent company of Pinnacle Fishing, has appointed Adrian Dare as its new Vice President of Sales.
An outdoors industry veteran with more than 20 years of sales and marketing experience, Dare served most recently as National Sales/Product Development Manager for tackle management system and apparel manufacturer, HYI USA. Prior to that, Dare worked at Daiwa Corporation for 17 years, where he started off as Customer Service Manager and later served as Product Development Manager, Regional Sales Manager and Special Markets Manager.
In his new role with Silstar, Dare will manage the sales program, oversee all regional sales rep groups, service key accounts and help develop new business nationwide.
“With the launch of our new Pinnacle Tournament Class reels and rods, Adrian couldn't be joining our company at a better time,” said Charles Park, president of Silstar Corporation of America. “His considerable sales experience, skills and industry contacts will be instrumental in our continued growth and success.”
Dare will be based at Silstar's headquarters in Tustin, CA.
