Dale Evans has joined Sierra and Barnes as a digital marketing specialist to lead a new digital-first marketing strategy and connect the brands with core and new audiences.
Evans has extensive industry experience in the hunting industry having worked in various roles in the outdoor industry. He is an Air Force veteran with a Fine Arts degree from Montana State University in photography and film.
“We are thrilled to have Dale on our team,” said Sierra and Barnes VP of marketing and business development Andrew Sparks. “He brings a fantastic combination of technical skills, industry experience, shooting and hunting knowledge, and key relationships. He also understands how to reach diverse and dynamic audiences that will be a huge asset to our brands.

Dale’s expertise directly aligns with and follows through on our Digital First Marketing strategy and will help create a ton of content for consumers to learn more about our brands, products, and the company,” continued Sparks.
In his new role, Evans will create marketing content and social media campaigns to enhance Sierra and Barnes online presence, engaging with online communities through digital marketing channels and drive brand awareness that align with company’s overall brand goals.
