Snowsports Industries America (SIA) installed C3 Worldwide LLC CEO Bob Gundram as its new chairman Feb. 1


 

Outgoing SIA Chairman Tim Petrick, who is president of sales and marketing for K2 Sports, handed the gavel to Gundram during SIA’s annual meeting in Denver on the third day of the SIA Snow Show. Based in Seattle, C3 Worldwide owns Capita snowboards, Union Bindings and accessories brand Coal. Gundram co-founded all three brands.


SIA also installed four new female directors at the meeting, bringing to seven the number of women serving on its board. SIA’s female directors include Lisa Branner of Venture Snowboards; Wendy Carey of Seirus Innovation; Patty Duke of Point6; Julie Garry of Outdoor Gear; Erin Snow of Erin Isakov; Annelise Loevlie of Icelantic Skis and Rhonda Swenson of Krimson Klover were also installed as directors.
