Shock Doctor Sports hired two senior executives, Drew Brassard, SVP of operations, and Kent Pachl, SVP of Sales. Brassard will be responsible for managing the integration efforts of Shock Doctor and McDavid as he assumes overall operations responsibility.

For the past 11 years, Brassard has served as the chief operating officer at Bravo Sports, a leading outdoor and action sports company. During that time, he also served as chief information officer, responsible for the company’s supply chain, operations and technology worldwide. Brassard led several important acquisition efforts along with contributing to significant organic growth. Prior to Bravo Sports, Brassard spent more than 10 years at Accenture, one of the world’s leading management consulting and technology services companies. He served in various management roles at Accenture, and was responsible for large-scale integration projects. Brassard also served in a consulting management role at SAP, a global leader in enterprise application software.
Pachl was the SVP of worldwide sales for Cobra Puma Golf, a leader in the international golf apparel, footwear and equipment markets. During his tenure at Cobra Puma, he played an integral role in developing and executing the “go-to-market” strategy for both Cobra and Puma Golf, which resulted in global expansion and doubled revenue. Pachl previously served in leadership positions at Ironclad Performance Wear, TaylorMade-adidas Golf, Nabisco and Hershey Chocolate.
