Sherwood Hockey, the Canadian manufacturer of ice hockey equipment, announced it hired Kesha McLeod as style director.
McLeod’s clients include Serena Williams, Lebron James, PJ Tucker, Candace Parker and Giannis Antetokounmpo. She also works with the NBA and has been credited with helping turn the player’s pre-game tunnel walk into a fashion experience.
“Trend and hockey are two worlds which have by no means collided, not to mention been mentioned in the identical breath,” said Brendon Arnold, affiliate VP of brand name for Sherwood Hockey. “For many years, hockey tradition has been stifled regarding permitting gamers the power to specific themselves via their wardrobe. Appointing Kesha as style director for the model sends a message to the game and permits us to take hockey into uncharted territory.”
