The Sports & Fitness Industry Association (SFIA) re-elected Jonathan Ram, CEO of Clarks, Inc., as chairman of the Board of Directors for the 2024 term. Isabel Coscia, SVP of marketing at Technogym, Ryan Cruthirds, chief digital commerce and brand development officer at Implus LLC and Koichiro Kodama, president and CEO for Asics North America, were newly elected to the SFIA Board, along with three Board members who were re-elected, all for three-year terms. They join 13 remaining Board members serving staggered terms. 

The election occurred at the SFIA’s annual meeting on December 14, 2023.

Ram was appointed CEO with Clark’s in April 2022 after serving as the group president for global activewear with HanesBrands. He held previous executive positions at New Balance, NBA, Roots, and others.

New additions to the SFIA Board of Directors and term expirations include:

  • Ryan Cruthirds, chief digital commerce and brand development officer at Implus, LLC—2026
  • Koichiro Kodama, president and CEO at Asics North America—2026

Re-elected members to the SFIA Board include:

  • Kurt Tandan, associate general counsel and VP of government affairs at Adidas—2026
  • Mike Zlaket, CEO of Rawlings Sporting Goods—2026
