Safilo Group, the parent of Smith and the eyewear licensee for Carrera, Havaianas, Under Armour, and Fossil, renewed its global eyewear licensing agreement with Fossil for the design, manufacturing and distribution of its optical frames and sunglasses for men and women through the end of 2028.
“The renewal of the Fossil licensing agreement results from a successful partnership spanning nearly a quarter of a century. Initially offered as a North American ophthalmic exclusive, upholding our strategy of offering also locally relevant eyewear brands, the Fossil eyewear collection has evolved over time to include sunglasses and expansion outside the U.S.,” said Angelo Trocchia, CEO of Safilo Group.
