KG aA the rights to create a sport drink with the brand name ROSSIGNOL. Cobracrest is an established company in the beverage market.
All contract and payment modalities have been agreed. Cobracrest AG & Co. KG aA paid a 7 figured sum in Euros for the acquisition of the trademark rights.
