Rossignol is restructuring its apparel and retail operations team in North America in order to more effectively support growth goals in the category and fuel initiatives in D2C and retail sales channels.
With the goal of accelerating apparel growth in the U.S. and Canadian marketplace, Devon Cruickshank, GM and VP Apparel for Rossignol Group North America has relocated to the group’s Park City, UT, headquarters. Cruickshank brings 13 years of experience working in various leadership roles with Rossignol Apparel, and will be responsible for leading the Group’s strategic vision and development for the Rossignol Apparel and Footwear, and Dale of Norway, brands in North America. This move will allow the Rossignol Group to streamline apparel operations and create efficiencies to drive omni-channel growth in its apparel business.
In addition, Angela Chandler was promoted to Apparel Product & Retail Operations Manager. Chandler’s experience working with Rossignol Apparel over the past seven years has included almost every facet of the business, including marketing, sales, purchasing and product. That experience will serve her well as she works toward accelerating the group’s new and growing retail channel. In this new role, Chandler will oversee all aspects of retail store operations, including inventory-related processes, merchandising, sales figures and employee management. Chandler will also continue to be engaged with product and marketing efforts. Currently providing oversight of the successful Aspen retail store which opened last year, Chandler will also oversee the new Boston retail location which opened last month, and the soon to come flagship New York City SOHO district store scheduled for mid-to-late November.
After seven years supporting Rossignol Apparel sales and marketing objectives in Canada, including the past five years as Sales Manager, Tania Santerre will move into the role of Director of Sales, Apparel and Footwear, Canada. In this role Santerre will be responsible for leading the division’s strategic development, customer experience, revenue and profit in Canada. This includes oversight of all seasonal go-to-market plans, establishing annual business objectives, and the direct supervision of all Canadian sales agencies contracted to sell and service Rossignol Group apparel and footwear products, including Dale of Norway.
In addition to these changes, new Sales and Marketing coordinator roles have been established in both the U.S. and Canada to support the Group’s ambitious new apparel goals. Philip Curll (U.S.) and Kevin Gardaz (Canada) will work hand-in-hand with the established Apparel sales and marketing teams in multi-channel support roles to ensure strong execution, communication, and support amongst retail partners, sales agents, and suppliers.
