Rossignol Group has hired Jake Stevens as its new U.S. race manager.

The race manager is responsible for working with Alpine Race coaches and clubs across the country, overseeing the Groups Junior Race and sponsorship program, and coordinating with the US Ski Team for Rossignol, Dynastar, and Lange

We are thrilled to have Jake on board as our new US Race Manager said Jason Newell, Director of Sports Marketing and Partnerships. His experience in the race world, both as an athlete and coach, will translate well into his new position with the Group.

Stevens grew up in Maine and comes from a strong race and coaching background. Beginning at Carrabassett Valley Academy, Stevens moved onto a successful NCAA career at the University of New Hampshire where he also served as Ski Team captain. Stevens has spent the past seven years coaching ski racing at the Killington Mountain School and most recently serving as the Womens Head Ski Coach at the Gould Academy in Bethel, Maine.

Jakes proven leadership skills, strong passion for racing, and thorough engagement in the race community will give him a great foundation to work from and will serve the Rossignol Groups race heritage well, said Thor Verdonk, Director of Product Development.

Stevens official start will be on May 7th when he travels to Mammoth, CA for the US Ski Teams spring camps.
