Rocky Brands, Inc. reported it sold its Servus brand to PQ Footwear, LLC, an Industrias PetroQuim, SA subsidiary based in the Dominican Republic.
The proceeds from the transaction went to pay down debt. The transaction’s terms, which closed on March 30, were not disclosed.
Rocky Brands acquired Servus in March 2021 when it purchased the performance and lifestyle footwear business from Honeywell, which also included The Original Muck Boot Company, Xtratuf, Neos and Ranger brands.
Servus offers a range of PVC and neoprene footwear, focusing on safety-certified work boots. Neos was sold to SureWerx in October 2022.
