Rocky Brands, Inc. has entered into a new licensing agreement with HAAS Outdoors Inc. to be the exclusive producer and marketer of Mossy Oak brand hunting and casual footwear in North America. The agreement makes Mossy Oak the eighth brand that Rocky produces, distributes and markets through ownership or licensing arrangements.
“Weve enjoyed a long-time relationship with Mossy Oak, and we are delighted to become exclusive licensees of their branded footwear. The price point of this footwear dovetails perfectly with our Rocky hunting footwear. Basically, were combining the power of Mossy Oaks brand among outdoor consumers with the strength of our distribution channels to create a winning partnership,” Rocky Chairman and CEO Mike Brooks said.
Two collections are offered, casual lifestyle footwear and hunting boots, and will feature Mossy Oaks renowned Break Up camouflage pattern. The collections will be distributed through shoe and sporting goods specialty retailers, and will retail from $50 to $90.
