The Rockport Group announced that the company has completed the acquisition of the Reef brand from VF Corporation. Rockport is a portfolio company of certain affiliates of Charlesbank Capital Partners, LLC, a middle-market private equity firm.
The announcement follows the October 4, 2018 news release in which Rockport announced that it had entered into a definitive agreement regarding the purchase of this business. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
The Rockport Group is home to the Rockport, Aravon and Dunham brands.
