Rise Armament hired industry veteran William Smalley as director of its Firearms Division, including the Watchman and 1121XR rifle lines.
Smalley brings over 15 years of firearms industry experience working for iconic brands, including Remington, AAC, Bushmaster, PARA, and Franklin Armory. As a lifelong firearms enthusiast, Smalley has experience in team building, operations, lean manufacturing, supply chain management, and new product development.
