The Retail Industry Leaders Association (RILA) released a video highlighting five tips for shoppers to #ShopSafe in an effort to slow the spread of the COVID-19 virus
“We all have a part to play in keeping our communities safe,” said Brian Dodge, RILA president. “We are in this together and together we’ll get through this.”
To encourage safe shopping habits, the Retail Industry Leaders Association (RILA) released the video, which can be seen by clicking here, that includes the following five tips to shop safe:
- Stay 6 feet apart in the store and at checkout — follow the signs in stores to practice social distancing
- Don’t hoard
- Respect designated hours for seniors & at-risk customers
- Consider online orders & curbside pick-up
- Remember to say Thank You to Retail Workers #ThankYouRetailWorkers
