Revo, the performance eyewear company, opened a new pop-up retail store in the harbor town of Dubrovnik, Croatia, adding to the brand’s global retail expansion strategy, following the openings in Barcelona, Spain, and SoHo in New York City.
The shop can be found in Dubrovnik’s main yacht marina at Lapadska Obala 17, a highly trafficked local for tourists, boat owners, yacht owners, and cruise ship passengers, offering maximum visibility and accessibility for local and international consumers.
The pop-up store is situated at the Lekri wine shop, a local winery, pairing Revo’s fashion-forward eyewear with local wines.
Open from May to October, coinciding with Croatia’s summer season, the store offers a curated selection of Revo sunglasses tailored to the market, emphasizing glasses featuring Revo’s Blue Water lenses, ideal for wear on the Adriatic coast.
“We chose Croatia for its amazing summer tourist crowd as well as our unique partnership with Lekri winery,” said Cliff Robinson, CEO of Revo. “We are honored we can display our product in this prestigious location right at the seaside. What better way to enjoy an afternoon than to try great local wine and try on the best lenses on Earth.”
Throughout the summer, the Revo pop-up store will host a variety of activations and promotions. Revo plans to partner with local and national Croatian sports champions and the country’s regatta events. Other highlights include collaborations with the Croatian national water polo and sailing teams and hosting the Croatian Olympic Water Polo team members.
