North Point Brands (NPB), owner of Cheeky Fishing and Wingo Outdoors, added RepYourWater and RepYourWild to its family of brands.
NPB said the Colorado-based RepYourWater apparel brand has a passionate following of anglers who care about the rivers, lakes and shorelines they fish. The husband-and-wife co-founders, Garrison and Corinne Doctor, will bring their talents to all sectors of North Point Brands.
Since RepYourWater was founded in 2011, it has focused on making apparel with design and artwork created by Garrison while building a sustainable and cause-driven company. To date, RepYourWater and RepYourWild have donated over $400,000 to conservation.
“We’re thrilled to join North Point Brands,” commented Corinne. “We have worked together through the years in different capacities, and now that we have joined forces, we will make a bigger difference as brands committed to conservation, sustainability and our shared passions of outdoor pursuits.”
Corinne will take her years of experience with sustainability, operations and product into her new role as director of people, process and planet for North Point Brands, while Garrison assumed the role of creative director at North Point Brands, applying his skills as an artist and designer.
“Bringing together these four brands that are making great products for the right reasons will allow us as a team to elevate each brand individually,” commented Garrison. “We’ve got big goals ahead.” In addition to Corinne and Garrison, North Point Brands retained employees at RepYourWater and RepYourWild.
“We could not be more pleased to welcome not only the brands of RepYourWater and RepYourWild but also the incredibly skilled Corinne, Garrison and all of their team,” said Ted Upton, CEO of North Point Brands. “Our brands have similar values of making top-tier products with forward-thinking conservation and sustainability ethics. We’re stronger together.”
The combined business will co-locate in its existing office spaces in Massachusetts and Colorado, respectively. Normal business operations will continue uninterrupted.
