Under Armour has signed a 6,750-square-foot lease to open a store in the Flatiron District of Manhattan, according to The Real Deal.
The location between East 20th and 21st streets at 139 Fifth Avenue will sit across the street from Nike and New Balance stores. Under Armour will move into the location in February after the current tenant, Arc’teryx, exits.
Under Armour operates one store in New York City on Greenwich Street in the World Trade Center. It closed its flagship in the SoHo in 2020.
