Bjoern Gulden, Puma’s CEO, will join supervisory board of the Premier League football team, Borussia Dortmund, sources told Reuters. Puma earlier this year acquired a 5 percent stake in the German footwear club.

Dortmund shareholders are to vote on the appointment of Gulden at the club’s general meeting on Nov. 24, the source told Reuters. The move also noted in the German publication Manager Magazin Online.

Puma declined comment.
