L.L.Bean will open its first Wisconsin store in Brookfield, according to the Milwaukee-Wisconsin Journal Sentinel.
The 15,000-square-foot store will open spring 2017 and will be anchored by a Von Maur department store.
Outside of Maine, L.L.Bean now operates 33 stores in 13 states, with four more stores opening soon, according to its web site. The company’s closest stores to Milwaukee are in South Barrington, IL, and Skokie, IL, both near Chicago.
