The Remington Outdoor Company announced that Ginger Chandler has been appointment to the position of senior vice president, new product development and innovation.

“We are very excited to have Ginger lead new product development and innovation,” said George Kollitides, CEO. “Ginger is a firearms industry veteran and her knowledge and leadership skills are well suited for her new role. Further, Ginger’s expertise in pistols will augment our existing strength in long-guns, as Remington continues its push into handguns.”

Previously, Ginger led lean at Nike’s European logistics center. Prior to Nike, Ginger ran research and development and new product development for Smith & Wesson.
