National outdoor gear and clothing retailer REI will be featured on two upcoming episodes of “The Oprah Winfrey Show.” The episodes, titled “Oprah and Gayle’s Big Yosemite Camping Adventure,” highlight their first-time camping adventures in Yosemite National Park and a trip to the REI store in Fresno, Calif.
The first show will air on Friday, Oct. 29 and the second show is expected to air next week. The confirmed date of the second episode will be announced on Oprah.com and REI.com. For local listings, visit www.oprah.com/tows.
The first-time campers visited with REI Fresno Store Manager Matt Colby, who helped answer their questions about camping and outfit them with gear and apparel.
