Reebok opened its first freestanding full-line store at Mexico City’s Fórum Buenavista shopping center as it ramps up its international expansion. Reebok’s regional partner, Artic Fashion, supported the store’s opening.
Acquired by Authentic Brands Group in March 2022, Reebok also has an outlet store in the Punta Norte shopping center in Mexico. The company has planned store openings in the metropolitan area for 2023, with scheduled openings in Guadalajara and Monterrey for 2024.
“More than a brand, Reebok is an icon of sports fashion in the world, a lifestyle brand that proudly adds to its projects the opening of its first official store in Mexico, without a doubt a clear evolution that shows that we continue to renew ourselves and rewrite our own history,” said Teo Husemann, managing director of Reebok Mexico. “Mexico is a key country for Reebok, and this opening is just the beginning of great projects to come.”
