Recall: Smith & Wesson M&P12 Shotguns

Smith & Wesson is recalling its M&P12 shotguns.

Smith & Wesson said it has received two field reports of cracked barrels involving the M&P12 shotgun. The recall includes all M&P12 shotguns manufactured prior to October 15, 2021.

Smith & Wesson is asking all M&P12 shotgun owners to stop using the product immediately.

To begin the repair process, consumers are encouraged to contact Smith & Wesson at 833.957.3476, or via email at MPshotgunrecall@smith-wesson.com, to receive instructions and a prepaid shipping label to return the shotgun to Smith & Wesson.
