Rapala USA has named Bill Matthews to its sales, marketing and product development team as a territory manager covering 13 western U.S. states effective on January 1, 2021.

Matthews will work closely with the existing Rapala USA management team, Tim Bailey & Associates, and all Rapala USA customers in the western half of the country. He brings an extensive set of skills, market knowledge and industry background to the fishing tackle specialist.

Matthews will report to Travis Tuma, sales director for Rapala USA, and be responsible for growing sales revenue in the territory. He also will be responsible for product development and coordinating key marketing initiatives.
