Rack Room Shoes has promoted Peter Hohensee to vice president global supply chain North America and has hired retail industry veteran, Donna Mull as CRM director of omni channel to lead the brand’s loyalty program.
In his new position, Hohensee will create and implement the company’s global sourcing and distribution strategies. Additionally, he will continue to oversee the logistics department, which includes international and domestic inbound shipments, third-party logistic distribution centers and outbound distribution to stores, as well as e-commerce processing to customers.

Hohensee has worked for the Deichmann Group, Rack Room Shoes’ parent company, for 18 years in various roles. He began as international purchasing coordination manager in the Deichmann offices in Germany and moved to the Rack Room Shoes brand in 2006.
As Rack Room Shoes continues to evolve the customer’s overall shipping experiences and enhance its loyalty program with new energy and strategies.
In her role as CRM director of omnichannel, Mull is responsible for defining and executing the multi-channel marketing strategy, while also creating a vision for the future of the team. The position develops and executes strategies to maximize revenue, profitability and loyalty to targeted customers.
Mull has nearly 20 years of experience in the retail and travel industries. She has held management positions with Build-A-Bear Workshop, United Airlines, Academy Sports + Outdoors, Finish Line and Caleres leading digital transformations, omnichannel operations, loyalty and customer relationship management.
