Quiksilver, Inc. said it substantially completed a major overhaul of its C-Suite Friday by hiring senior executives to head North American wholesale sales, North American retail and e-commerce and global marketing.
The company named John Graham as senior vice president-wholesale sales for North America; Steve Finney as head of retail and e-commerce for North America and Nick Drake as chief marketing officer.

Prior to joining Quiksilver, Graham was senior vice president commerce for Easton Bell Sports. From 1995 to 2011, Graham worked for Nike, where he rose through the management ranks, most recently as commercial director Nike Action Sports. Earlier, he served as Nikes director of Apparel Sales-North America, and before that, as Director of Sales-Canada.
Finney most recently served as senior vice president, global business development for The Walt Disney Company, and before that, he was that companys senior vice president, global head of operations; senior vice president, general manager, Disney Retail; and, senior vice president, general manager, North America.
Drake, 38, will take the reins as CMO July 1. He has developed and executed highly successful, award winning campaigns for global brands such as Adidas, Gatorade, Nokia, Vodafone and Visa. He combines extensive brand, media, digital marketing and social media expertise with an ability to develop innovative strategies for entering new markets.

Drake most recently served as managing director of TBWA/Chiat/Day Los Angeles, one of the worlds leading integrated advertising agencies. The 900-person office counts such brands as adidas, Apple, Craft, Crate & Barrel, Energizer, Gatorade, Nissan, Pepsi and Southwest Airlines as its clients. Previously, Drake had held several senior management positions leading TBWA Worldwide’s adidas, Gatorade and Visa businesses; he also co-founded the agencys Innovations Lab Let There Be Dragons. Before TBWA he held a number of senior level positions in the global brand communications and global sports marketing divisions of adidas International during which time the brand was named world advertiser of the year at the Cannes International advertising festival.
