Princeton Tec, a New Jersey-based manufacturer of headlamps and handheld lights for the outdoor, bike, tactical, industrial and SCUBA markets, welcomed Anna Tsahourides to the family as dealer services representative. Tsahourides will focus on dealer and customer relations in the outdoor and bike markets.

The new addition demonstrates the 37-year-old company’s commitment to customer service excellence and dedication to building strong, lasting relationships with dealers and consumers.

“Princeton Tec is excited to welcome Anna to our constantly growing and evolving team,” said George Chevalier, Marketing Manager at Princeton Tec. “Our goal is to build our brand through customer relations, and as our support staff continues to grow we look to connect our inside team with the consumer through people’s experiences here.”

Possessing previous experiences that meld perfectly into what is expected in a customer service role, Tsahourides is a natural at relating to customers. Her passion for the outdoors is infectious and can be seen through her customer relations as she vividly explains and walks consumers through products she uses on a regular basis. Years of experience working in sales and warranty at bike shops has provided her with the patience, knowledge and know-how to handle any outcome from a simple warranty issue to a new or long-standing customer inquiry.

“I am thrilled to join the Princeton Tec family,” said Tsahourides. “I love the outdoors and have used Princeton Tec products in the past, so it’s great to be able to share my experiences with customers and guide them into learning more about the brand and our products to ensure the best possible user experience.”
