Banda reportedly played “a pivotal role in shaping the company’s success, leading the company to new heights of innovation and market prominence.”
In 2021, Banda expanded the company’s legal and compliance teams, where she reportedly “showcased her versatility and acumen.” During her tenure in this role, the company said she “spearheaded numerous initiatives that enhanced the company’s legal framework and ensured compliance with industry regulations.”
As CFO, Banda oversees Primary Arms’ financial and accounting operations and continues to lead the legal and compliance teams.
