Primary Arms has announced the hiring of Osvaldo “Ozzie” Cortes to the position of Senior Director of Human Resources.
With over 20 years of experience in strategic human resources leadership, Cortes’ experience includes strategic leadership planning, leadership development, talent readiness, performance management, employee relations, risk management, and other key HR functions.
Most recently, Ozzie served as Head of Human Resources for an organization which tripled its size within three years, achieving and exceeding all key business targets. This performance echoes Ozzie’s track record in organizations ranging from start-ups to internationally recognized brands.
As the new Senior Director of Human Resources for Primary Arms, Ozzie will undertake new projects to advance the business’ service provision and elevate company culture.
