Primary Arms hired Samantha-Anne Horwitch Nadolny as VP of Legal & Compliance. In this role, she will oversee all legal and compliance functions across the company, leveraging her background in corporate law, governance and regulatory strategy.
Horwitch Nadolny previously served as associate general counsel at Select Water Solutions and as general counsel and chief compliance officer at Citelum US, a EDF Groupe company. Her work in the legal field has earned her recognition as one of the Top 50 General Counsel of the Year honorees in 2019 and 2023.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Horwitch Nadolny is chairman emeritus of the Board of Trustees for the Houston Young Lawyers Foundation and an active member of the Houston Bar Association Speakers Bureau, as well as its Lawyers for Literacy and Professionalism Committees.
