Saucony celebrates the 40th anniversary of the Jazz running shoe with its launch of the Icon Pack.
Bridging performance and lifestyle, the Icon Pack features a current lineup of Saucony’s fastest running shoes, including the Endorphin Collection, the Kinvara 12 and the Peregrine 11, each redesigned in the image of a Saucony Original.
The Icon Pack fuses heritage style and performance innovation in classic design lines, signature colors and the Originals logo.
“You only turn 40 once, and we need to celebrate and invite a few friends to the party,” said Shawn Hoy, Saucony’s senior vice president, global product and innovation. “In honor of the 40th anniversary of the Jazz, our Performance and Originals product teams collaborated closely to interpret the Jazz’s now-classic design for each of the five current running models in the pack. We’ve redesigned our fastest tech models in its image, mixing the Jazz’s signature style with our latest technologies to deliver the Original look of speed. This distinct symbol of where we’ve been and where we’re going allows us to keep one eye on our storied past and the other on the future with our foot firmly planted on the gas.”
