Fronted by New York City’s love of basketball and honoring the past and present faces of the game Puma and longtime collaborator Rhuigi will drop a nostalgic range of footwear and apparel on May 27.


The Puma x Rhuigi collection was designed by West Coast-based designer Rhuigi Villaseñor and features an assortment of footwear and apparel inspired by “classic court aesthetics.”

The Clyde Mid is offered in a classic color scheme, with “authentic” worn-in detailing of the shoe’s pre-yellowed sole to capture the long-ago days of court play. The apparel includes a graphic tee, basketball shorts and an oversized tote. Exclusive “New York Worldwide” graphics pay homage to the city’s global impact on music, style and culture.

The campaign is led by NYC icon Walt Frazier and New York Knick’s pro-baller RJ Barrett.

The collection will be available at Puma flagship stores, Puma.com, and Puma select retailers.
